Shipping Process

Once You Have Placed Your Order:

We Send Your A "Memory Kit" Containing:
- 1 small and 1 medium-sized Ziploc bag for "double-bagging" the cremains
- 1 sterile 1/4 tsp. scoop for handling cremains
- Authorization Form to be signed and sent along with ashes
- Padded envelope
- Simple-to-follow instructions for bagging and sending the ashes via United States Postal Service
- PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for postage
When We Receive the Ashes
- Each order is hand crafted -- separate from other orders -- this ensures that no cremains are ever crossed contaminated
- Barcoded Records of each order are kept within our database and accompany each order every step of the way.
Sending the Memorial and Unused Ashes Back To You
- Within 2-4 weeks from receipt of the ashes, you will receive your Memory Glass™(Free Shipping) by FedexExpress 2Day
- Any unused cremains will be returned to you along with your order, in the original Ziploc bag.
