Craig helped his son Nick Savage establish Memory Glass in 2002. In 2023, he took a more hands-on role and took over daily management of Memory Glass with Nick's wife Sarah Savage. He is focused on manufacturing, quick order fulfillment, streamlining our purchasing systems, product development, and communications.

Sarah has been with Memory Glass since its inception and manages the company’s Marketing and Public Relations efforts. Her role includes promoting Memory Glass’ human and pet memorials to consumers for MemoryGlass.com, and throughout the funeral industry to funeral homes and crematoriums.
In addition to the funeral industry, she has experience in the food, tech, and non-profit industries, and has worked with celebrities and top chefs, including Wolfgang Puck, for high profile events. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Sarah holds a degree in Psychology, certifications in Marketing and Business, and her expertise includes Internet and social media marketing. She was Marketing Manager for tech start-up Cogi, and held senior positions in both Public Relations and Advertising departments at Evans, Hardy & Young, in addition to working as a public relations consultant for multiple companies.
When not working, Sarah is usually enjoying Santa Barbara life with her sons.
