Shipping Process

Once You Have Placed Your Order:

  • STEP 1: We Send A Personalized Kit To You

    • You'll receive a personalized kit to walk you through gathering a small amount of your loved one's cremated remains. It will contain instructions and all the materials you'll need.
    • Please use our materials ONLY as we have done extensive testing to find the best method for safely and securely shipping cremated remains.

  • STEP 2: You Send Cremated Remains To Us

    • Your kit will contain pre-labeled FedEx packaging, which makes it free for you to ship to us. Simply drop your package at a FedEx drop-off location or call FedEx for pickup.
    • NOTE: Our company has special approval from FedEx to have our customers ship cremated remains to our facility this way. Individual FedEx store employees will not be aware of this approval.
    • Once we receive your package, you'll receive an email from us confirming that it's been received.

  • STEP 3: We Send the Memorial and Unused Ashes To You

    • Once your glass memorial has been completed and final inspected, we'll ship it to you along with any unused ashes.
    • You'll receive an email from us with the tracking number.
    • We ship memorials via FedEx Express. If you need to ship to a PO Box, we will contact you about an alternate shipping method.

  • Timing:

    • Due to our popularity, commitment to quality, and the fact that our work is highly specialized, our turn around time varies seasonally. It can range from 2-10 weeks from the day we receive the cremated remains.
    • Please call for a current time estimate or if you're in need of a memorial by a specific date.
    • We do our best to accommodate requests and rush production is available for an additional fee.
