Refund policy

Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything was damaged in shipment. Send photos of the product and the packaging to info@memoryglass.com, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right. If a lighted wooden stand doesn't work, we will replace it.

Returns/Refunds
Our memorial creation process permanently encases cremated ashes inside of the glass memorial. It cannot be removed and is not returnable. We cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at info@memoryglass.com or 805-682-6469.
