Our Pendants are hand-shaped memorial keepsake jewelry designed to keep your loved one close to your heart. Their cremated ashes are delicately rolled into crystal glass, and a glass loop is shaped at the top. Each Pendant is roughly the size of 3 stacked quarters.

This keepsake jewelry design allows for 1 color choice from our 16 color options. Each Pendant comes with a durable black waxed-cotton cord with a sterling silver clasp. You can also upgrade to one of our beautiful Sterling Silver chains. Pendants come in a black jewelry box.

Personalize your Pendant with a laser engraving of their initials, fingerprint, footprint, paw print, or nose print (scaled to fit). Our patented fingerprint etching allows for customization to the front surface of the jewelry.

All our glass memorials are hand-crafted, using top quality crystal glass. They incorporate a small amount of cremation ashes, allowing you to scatter, bury, or store the remainder in a traditional memorial urn.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. We Send Your Collection Kit

    You’ll receive your secure ashes collection kit within 3–5 business days. Each kit includes instructions, tamper-proof containers, and a prepaid, insured return label. Every order is assigned a unique tracking ID to maintain chain of custody.
  2. Return Your Sample Securely

    Send your ashes sample back to our studio. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it arrives safely and is verified by our intake team.
  3. Our Artisans Handcraft Your Keepsake

    Each piece is individually hand-blown by our U.S. artisans, infusing the ashes directly into molten glass to create a luminous, one-of-a-kind memorial.
  4. Delivered Back to You

    Your completed memorial is photographed, securely packaged, and shipped back to you with full tracking and insurance. Every order is returned safely, complete with documentation of care.

We never mix ashes between orders. Every keepsake is individually created and tracked.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Turnaround Time:

  • Collection kit ships within 3–5 business days
  • After we receive your ashes, your handcrafted keepsake is completed and returned within 3–4 weeks

Returns & Unused Ashes:

  • Any unused remains are returned to you in the original bags.
  • If your keepsake arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us at. We’ll arrange repair or remake at no cost.
