Our touchstones are unique, small glass memorials that fit perfectly in the palm of your hand.

Infused with a small amount of cremation ashes, these memorials are also referred to as rubbing stones, or memory stones, they are roughly the diameter of a silver dollar and about 1/4 inch thick.

Available in all 16 colors, each touchstone also includes a 3D suspension box to display the memorial.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. We Send Your Collection Kit

    You’ll receive your secure ashes collection kit within 3–5 business days. Each kit includes instructions, tamper-proof containers, and a prepaid, insured return label. Every order is assigned a unique tracking ID to maintain chain of custody.
  2. Return Your Sample Securely

    Send your ashes sample back to our studio. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it arrives safely and is verified by our intake team.
  3. Our Artisans Handcraft Your Keepsake

    Each piece is individually hand-blown by our U.S. artisans, infusing the ashes directly into molten glass to create a luminous, one-of-a-kind memorial.
  4. Delivered Back to You

    Your completed memorial is photographed, securely packaged, and shipped back to you with full tracking and insurance. Every order is returned safely, complete with documentation of care.

We never mix ashes between orders. Every keepsake is individually created and tracked.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Turnaround Time:

  • Collection kit ships within 3–5 business days
  • After we receive your ashes, your handcrafted keepsake is completed and returned within 3–4 weeks

Returns & Unused Ashes:

  • Any unused remains are returned to you in the original bags.
  • If your keepsake arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us at. We’ll arrange repair or remake at no cost.

Each Touchstone measures approximately 2.5" in diameter — small enough to carry or display easily.

How long does the process take?

You’ll receive your completed keepsake approximately 4–6 weeks after we receive your ashes collection kit.
