    You’ll receive your secure ashes collection kit within 3–5 business days. Each kit includes instructions, tamper-proof containers, and a prepaid, insured return label. Every order is assigned a unique tracking ID to maintain chain of custody.
  2. Return Your Sample Securely

    Send your ashes sample back to our studio. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it arrives safely and is verified by our intake team.
  3. Our Artisans Handcraft Your Keepsake

    Each piece is individually hand-blown by our U.S. artisans, infusing the ashes directly into molten glass to create a luminous, one-of-a-kind memorial.
  4. Delivered Back to You

    Your completed memorial is photographed, securely packaged, and shipped back to you with full tracking and insurance. Every order is returned safely, complete with documentation of care.

We never mix ashes between orders. Every keepsake is individually created and tracked.

Turnaround Time:

  • Collection kit ships within 3–5 business days
  • After we receive your ashes, your handcrafted keepsake is completed and returned within 3–4 weeks

Returns & Unused Ashes:

  • Any unused remains are returned to you in the original bags.
  • If your keepsake arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us at. We’ll arrange repair or remake at no cost.

Can I choose more than one color?

Yes, you may choose up to two colors to personalize your orb and reflect your loved one’s spirit.

How are ashes handled during the process?

Every collection kit and memorial is assigned a unique tracking ID that stays with your order from start to finish. Ashes are never mixed between orders.

How long will it take to receive my finished keepsake?

After your kit is returned to our studio, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for creation and delivery.

Is the Embrace Orb made in the USA?

Yes. Every Memory Glass keepsake is made in our U.S. studio by trained memorial artisans.

Can I include unused ashes afterward?

Many families choose to scatter or preserve remaining ashes in a traditional urn — the Embrace Orb only requires a small sample.
